You like peanut butter, right? Duh, of course! Then this recipe is a must for you! It's a recipe for thick, decadent peanut butter bars which tastes like Reeses. These No-Bake chocolate peanut butter bars are sure to delight everybody in your home... unless you decide not to share, like me.
They are perfect for parties, for gift-giving, or for a Friday night at home. Trust me, everone's going to rave over these when you make them: They're salty, sweet and chocolatey. A heavenly combination.
This is also a great recipe to make with kids. Why? Very few steps are involved and they'll definitely have something to look forward to.
All you need to make these dreamy bars are some crackers, butter, stevia, peanut butter and - of course - chocolate chips.

- 1/2 cup (120g) unsalted butter, melted
- ~10 graham cracker or similar .
- 1 cup (200g) stevia
- 3/4 cup (190g) + 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/4 cups (220g) chocolate chips

Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside. Place the crackers in a food processor and pulse until the crackers are crumbs.
In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, cracker crumbs and stevia together until well combined. Stir in 3/4 cup of peanut butter and mix until smooth. Now press the mixture down evenly in the prepared baking pan.
In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and the remaining 2 tbsp of peanut butter. Microwave in bursts of 15 seconds, stirring in between each burst until the chocolate is fully melted.
Pour the melted chocolate peanut butter mixture over the bars and tap the ban on the table for a few times to create an even layer.
Let the bars chill in the fridge until they are hardened. Enjoy!
